If you are fast enough, you can prevent Oumaji from taking a ruin NW

Which also gives you archery

But I bet location doesn't matter, only order

The trick is to get oumaji to get vision of a lighthouse then give him killer and he will make a giant and get a second monument.

Better than 2 monuments? The next would be finding a line to force him to go meditation (highly unlikely) or building him roads and forcing him to connect 6 cities (would cost like 50spt for half the game).

If the bot only bought upgrades then maybe, but it places monuments on top of farms and buys every tech possible, except meditation and philosophy just for maximum inefficiency
