Locked tribes that were already purchased.

I bought all the tribes a couple days except for the ones I already owned which were Ai-mo and Cymanti. Everything was fine up until I logged on, I played earlier in the day and everything was good but I got on later to find the two tribes I have purchased prior to buying the others were locked. I don’t know what happened but I would very much like to fix it. I also bought the Ai-mo skins and it is still there but the tribe is locked.

@hidden perch have the exact same problem too, just bought cymanti and it is now lock

tried deleting catche, reinstalling etc

guys on my sister's iPad 9 she used to have all the tribes but now she has none when will @hidden perch be back

Try the fixes in the pinned message in #1037872186830110820 first. Zoythrus is back, but he'll tell you the same things first that I'd tell you.

There is no fix, this has happened to me before and Zoythrus gave me my tribes back

I know there's no "fix." She still has the tribes somewhere, but you have to get the app to realize that. Try those fixes first, and if you can't resolve it then DM Zoythrus.
