I recently got The Battle of Polytopia and the option for pass and play/local multiplayer isn't available? Maybe this feature was discontinued but idk because last week a played it with my friend and we were able to do it?

Can you DM me a screenshot of your Multiplayer screen? I'm not quite sure what you mean by "isn't available."

Well its on a phone and im on a pc so it might be a little bit hard

pass and play should be available even if you don't have access to online multiplayer.
Under multiplayer you click the new game button in the lower left corner.
