multiplayer unavailable

I recently just got a tribe so that I could play multiplayer and met all the requirements. I have had it for around 3 days now and my multiplayer is not working. It say reconnect and tells me to try reloading and checking my internet connection. I’ve done it several times now, refreshed my Polytopia, and it still isn’t working. What can I do to fix this bug

Try reinstalling the app and restarting your device. If neither of those work, DM Zoythrus with your problem.

I cant reset my game or uninstall it due to parental controls. How can I fix this problem? Sorry for the ping

They're asking for fixes for not being able to connect to the server. The parental controls are incidental here.

I've been told that the team has been working on the backend in order to get ready for the Aquarion rework

Sadly, this is the normal means of troubleshooting.

I think this is a "fixes itself" sort of thing
