Server issues

Whenever I press the 'fix it' button to sign in to the game, it says 'could not establish a connection to the server'. My interner is pretty decent and I already bought some tribes. What can I do to fix this?

I would send a recording explaining what I mean but I can't at the moment

How long has this been a problem? Sometimes the server just doesn't cooperate, but it usually fixes itself within a day or so. If it persists, come back.

I still can't connect, this has been a problem for a while, since about 1 or so years ago

Are you properly logged in to Google Play or Game Center? One year is longer than just an Internet or server problem, so I don't know what to say. Zoythrus might be able to help.

Thanks for reporting this - the developers and ourselves are get reports from time to time about not being able to connect to the servers.

@delicate perch Could you try again, and if it fails, generate an error report log (you can do this by tapping repeatedly in the top-right corner of your screen about 5 times), and then email that text file to [email protected]?

I don't think there is an overall fix for this problem; the server just doesn't always cooperate. As Espark said, if the problem is persistent, you can generate an error report and email it to Zoythrus.
