My guess is that the middle one comes from a popup, the kind that has just one button in the middle. I'm not sure why the button showed and the text didn't, though.

in the game it is intended that

if there is 3 buttons they will generate like you see it rn

like one on the middle and two other on the sides

the problem that this shit does not work

so it means that button on the middle generated like it is the only button

while two others like there is only two buttons
