Tribes did not transfer from phone to phone

I recently upgraded my Samsung from s10+ to s23+, but when I download poly witht he same account as my old phone, the tribes I had unlocked are no longer unlocked. It shows the progress I have made on those tribes and shows that I have played them before but does not allow me to play them. I tried clicking restore purchases but it did not work. How can I fix this?

if I bought all the tribes and whatnot on polytopia using google play pass, do I get to keep them or do they get locked again after it ends?

Same for m I buy some tribe and connect to my Google from my new phone but I didn't get my tribe even if my score with this tribe I still here

I click the link to get back my tribe but get nothing so I have an account where I have score with Polaris but I don't have it
