Since there are now rivers in the terrain generation, there should be river tiles that make up these long rivers. They would look shallower than “water” tiles and also have greener water, maybe with lily pads or small fish. If a boat is on a river tile it can spend a turn “fishing” and get 5 stars the next turn. Maybe only rafts would do fishing or maybe a special fishing boat unit. Mooni and Gaami would not be able to freeze rivers because their water is constantly moving. Rivers would also give a +1 movement bonus to all naval units.
