Rider can't move from an ice tile (with or without an outpost) to a tile 2 spaces away through a forest with a road in it

This is because forests block movement, and to bypass them with roads you need a road in the forest and before it

Which I would assume is unintended because glide should just function as if every ice tile was road

Yeah it is awkward that the ice movement and road movement boosts don't connect
