When playing as Polaris on a map 324 or greater, I’m always out of time around turn 15. Even with a few large cities, all fully trooped, there is not enough time to move every unit. I’m talking bullet chess speed taps.

Don’t think polaris is any different in this situation than any other tribe

What causes the difference with the other tribes?

Maybe there is a lot of ice sleds who take more time due to escape?

I get the skill issue comments but I’m telling you, steady-state gameplay at later turns are completely filled, no wiggle room - not one second of lag. Not even enough time to move every troop with the movement animations involved. I will try to get a screen recording.

With time controls the balance is between ‘enjoyable play’ and ‘what would be annoying if exploited’. My idea for a solution would be something like, running out of time gives +10 seconds on the next turn, maybe every 3 turns or something. No need for any animation
