The friend list pop up is often frozen, both on my smartphone and on Bluestacks.
I've had issues with the old-style friendlist in the past, but they had been fixed.
Whenever I try to invite players to a game, it takes eons just to load the list itself, then if I'm lucky I can click on my friends avatars to invite them... But usually it stays frozen, I can't scroll, and it's impossible to progress.
Infinite amounts of patience and retries somewhat solve that, but it's infuriatingly impractical.
It's worth mentioning once more that 3 rows are definitely not a good way to display things when you're using landscape mode.

While I'm here and raging : Who asked for these green icons displaying if a given player is online ?
I know it has been suspected to cause the freezing issues in the past. And I don't want to know who's online/people to know if I am. Can I sign off this thing ?

When I lose my Wi-Fi connection, scrolling the friend list stops being a problem ||while actually inviting people becomes one||, which would seem to indicate that the constant checking of who is or isn't online could be the source of the issue.
Although when an animation takes 10 seconds to be displayed I'd be very tempted to remove it (advanced settings sort of stuff...).
Asking once more for a "Random friend" button (at the top !!), while I'm at it.

There seems to be an improvement in v96 : the pop-up still takes a long time to be displayed, but after that the freezing issues seem to have disappeared 😊
