It's actually setup such that a dupe is extremely unlikely to be hit by a radbolt

#

I even got motion sensors hooked into the not gate so the only way a dupe would eat one is if it fired and then a dupe ran over and idled on 1 of 2 specific tiles while the radbolt was mid-flight

#

Oh and the floor just below the satellite has access restrictions

When arbor branches are harvested and when new branches sprout there's a 10% chance on each event for an acorn to spawn inside the tree. Pips can then dig that acorn out.

Yeah pips and trees have an actual symbiotic relationship, so wanting to raise one usually requires the other

also yeah, this time I got it ridiculously quick, probably a combination of a super early SPOM, early solar (no meteors make solar easy), and tons of dupes meaning that not only was the SPOM running overtime, but I had a ton of labor for running on hamster wheels

No, we usually do the monthly maps without DLC enabled. If you use the seed string given it will set all the correct DLC/difficulty/story trait settings.

Good news though this is the farthest ive ever made it in-game 307 Cycles

Very proud of my liquid network that took me 75 cycles to figure out.

#

It basically cools the steam vent water down to 30 deg using ice biome, then send that for Metal Production, then to a SPOM. Heats the salt brine to 10 in the starting biome before turning it into water. Gets polluted water from the Petroleum Generator and Bathroom/Shower routing that into Trees for more wood for Ethanol. Sorts the Melted Ice and Polluted Ice melted from Metal Production, then stores all of the excess into the Reservoirs on the left.
