main idea stolen from this post: https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/126190-simplest-sulfur-geyser-tamer/
what i've done here is make the condensing area larger, reduced the amount of steam, and thrown in a tempshift in the hotter room

the atmo sensor is set to ABOVE 1500g, the thermo sensor is set to ABOVE 122, and the timer is set to 10 green/50 red
in the cool room, there is about 20kg steam per tile (i'd put in 500kg total), there's 200kg crude per tile on the floor and 100kg petro on the turbine
all machines that can overheat are made of steel, all others are made of whatever suits
the tempshifts are cobalt, though i think copper, aluminium, and iron all would work as well
the smart battery is set to 60 high 30 low

sulfur comes out at about 110 degrees

Nice, tho you dont need that tempshift plate.

The one on top? I use it because without it the steam heats up too slowly
I use the ones on the bottom to take better advantage if the thermal mass under the neutronium

The one on top is indeed good, but could be one lower (it is injecting heat into the insulated tiles but its not a big issue). The ones on bottom arent required because the liquid sulfur will exchange heat super well with the oil, and solidify pretty much instantly. Plus the presence of a refined metal battery in oil and steam gives good heat exchange from oil to steam. Nothing wrong with having them, but just pointing out theyre not super necessary here 🙂

oh wait you're right about the top one
would the turbine's self-cooling even it out or do i have to go in

should be fine to leave it.
