On another note, if anybody can tell me what is causing the [INFO] Navigator+ActiveTransition spam in the log, that be neat too.
That log is a significant part of the log, making it hard to see what is really going on.
It was an ordinary care package, so i don't think it was caused by Bio-Ink.
that crash looks like something tried adding extra interest points to a bionic duplicant
potentially a whacky dupe from bio inks if you have that option enabled
Only from actively using the Bio-Inks, which this print was not.
Must be a very rare bug, considering i haven't seen it more than this time, in 162 cycles so far.
Also didn't happen, as expected, after reloading.

Sounds to me that with the release of the Bionics that the skillAptitudes should have become nullable. I can understand them not doing it, cause then you'd need to check for null many places, but they could at the very least make something to enforce a 0 value for Bionics...

Yep. Looks like you found what happened. Not that we know for sure who is to blame.
Getting the safeguard in DSS is going to be helpful at the very least.

My money would be on Traffic Overlay.
When was 'Traffic Overlay' last updated? I it pretty recent that the spam has started.

Then it might be that one yes. Haven't had a playthrough since before Novemeber QoL.
I just installed and tested. It is indeed Traffic Overlay. Spits that out every time a Duplicant moves.
Propably leftover from some testing. Should be mentioned to the author. Don't know who that is off the top of my head.

Fair. Guess i just need to keep remembering to save prior to opening care packages, to not loss liquid/gas in my Advanced Storage. That mod sadly doesn't serialize its content on autosave...
