The crashing mod appears to be called Cluster Map Meteor Shower Visualiser. I can't find one in English language with that name; I have to assume it's a foreign language mod. Can you disable that mod and see if it helps?

If that helps you will need to report the crash to the mod author. They're the only one who can fix it.

It may be a mod that's no longer available on the Steam workshop, but which has stayed installed after removal.

Yes.

Something you can try is to rename Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods to mods_bad. Then try to start the game. It will download all your mods again. If it works after doing that you should know which mod was the problem.

I'm afraid I don't have any more ideas on this one. I can not identify which mod is actually causing the problem.

When I checked the workshop pages for those mods I couldn't identify anything that looked like it had to do with meteors, so this is definitely a problem that would be better suited for someone who is bilingual. I don't think I can provide useful help.

I saw this crash previously when a spaced out asteroid had vanilla showers since those lack a clustermap entity

thats something thrown by the game on its own, klei added these meteor showers "for later" , so they dont exist atm
