Adding a recreation building where dupes can get, well, drunk. A dupe would need to serve as a bartender, and you would need ethanol and a few other things to be supplied to the bar. Drunk dupes would get a +6 to morale, at the cost of -3 athletics, -3 machinery, and narcolepsy, lasting for 0.5 cycles. A fun end-game project that's absolutely not practical, but definitely funny. And I can imagine the cute animations coming from this.

Is this idea stupid? Yes. Did I want to post it? Also yes.

If going for a simpler angle, then a machine that takes in sleet wheat & water to make beer in the same vein as the game's pre-existing drink dispensers could work well

You could also add some stress reduction to it. Or that dupes automatically go to the bar when they are stressed, like a massage table, and get some stress reduction per serve. Being instant stress reduction or a stackable buff.
