They have a critter that removes slimelung, its called the ore scrubber.
Drinks chlorine and dupes that pass by will disinfect anything theyre carrying that has germs.
Do note that you may need multiple scrubbers in series to remove all the germs on slime, and dupes wont wait to pass if theyre carrying something with germs and the scrubber is occupied.
The other option is to keep ur slime in a chlorine container, and only ship it out when it has no germs on it.
If u want an actual critter that consumes slime, try pokeshells, they eat the stuff and output sand.
