Unfortunately my energy production complex is really bankrupt, it's not even a matter of lack of energy to keep everything going, it seems to me that it is lacking hydrogen but it does not seem sensible to put in place of those pumps below more hydrolysis plants because they release an absurd amount of oxygen that I can not consume

You could Change one storage bin to a door for Lab Bonus. Close to your Portal.
Smart Batterie could Help reduce hydrogen usage.
I think in the beginning you could Open the bottomdoor and let the oxygen free to save some Pump Power.

coal does generate heat and co2, but you should be able to deal with that
