This one is an atmosuit forge crash. I suspect bioinks because when i click on the button to build the worn atmosuits i see a picture of a dupe that looks wrong. animation errors wrong. ill try to get a screenshot if its helpful

why is it when i select an atmosuit it shows the suit, but briefly flickers to draw in an unsuited dupe before replacing it with a suited dupe. and why does that dupe appear to have issues with its face?

this is normal for a split second. the default pink is drawn for a frame before the game sets the actual equipment.
normally its fast enough where you dont see it, but if your PC is slower, or a mod is meddling with it (bio inks does a lot of extra checks there trying to avoid that crash), you can get a glimpse of it.
the red dot is just the face FX placeholder i think.

I also had increased the % chance for random dupes using suspicious ink to 50% before encountering this crash. Not sure if that’s helpful.

ah, it has a crashing bug.
I had it working/not doing the crash on live so I assumed it's all working

my bug is caused because I use DLC kanim for an item that can be spawned in vanilla.

the fix will be easy, I just need some time to make custom kanim. pre-christmas time is crazy and I cannot promise when I will have time for that. sorry for troubles
