Hi! So basically, links are restricted because they often lead to NSFW or unsafe content and can be used for self-promotion. If they allowed Tenor links, they’d have a hard time justifying why other links should stay banned, which would undermine the whole point of the rule. They really can’t permit Tenor while blocking everything else.

Allowing links also opens the door to security risks, since malicious links can lead to phishing pages, malware, or sites designed to steal personal information. Keeping link sharing restricted helps reduce the chances of users accidentally clicking something harmful.
