In my opinion, everyone should get access to the internet since it provides you information about most of the things going on around the world. Not having access to the internet is like living under a rock and makes it kinda unfair in a conversation with a person who does use the internet.
Internet is the most drastic changes after the industrial revolution to be honest.
Coming to the topic of age i think children can use the internet but only under the supervision of their parents,since they do not know how to use it in a moderate manner and would probably end up getting addicted to it.
Internet has also made alot of things easier like communication, business etc. and without it,most of the businesses would fall down.
Internet also let's you make friends online which most of us are doing right now haha.

Little to no contact with smartphones or internet and technology until they are 15+ in my opinion
because internet has become an addiction but also a neccessity in today's world, but for children its not a neccessity
So it shall not become an addiction for them because habits that are carried out in childhood days will become future habits and will be hard to control once it becomes addiction
Instead of internet, I'd provide them with activities and studies and experiments that makes them stand out in front of other kids
That develops their mind and brain, teach them good manners
make them better person
because in the end when there is no technology, only the intelligent ones survive
