Thanks for taking up the initiative of hosting these events, I am truly grateful. I would just like to know the reason behind ending the giveaways that early. It's not like I needed the nitro anyways since I barely use discord but that definitely bothered me. Other then that, kudos to the team for putting such wonderful ideas on the table

Thanks for your wise words, we truly appreciate it.
We had to cover up 7 events yesterday. Our top timezones are India, Europe and NA. We have a lot of discord users from India. We had events back to back, we were worried about getting late as we mainly do not keep events after <t:1685806247:t>, this is bc people are either having dinner or start their work.
We were supposed to pack things up at <t:1685806247:t> but since we were totalling the scores, etc. we lost track of time.
Besides everyone knew that we were hosting a giveaway for all the winners, so we expected all the winners to be here after the event ended.
But thanks for the feedback, in the future we will surely increase time of the duration
But since we had a specific fix time to announce our winners and bc we were already late, it was kept to 30m
This should not be the case, I have been here for a talent show in the past too. Pretty sure that giveaway lasted for about 6-12 hours. The main priority should have been getting everyone to participate. If you see out of the 6 winners, only 3 participated and from the 140 players only 34 did. Joining a giveaway doesn't really take any amounts of effort, a 24 hour claim time should have surely been sufficient. The event I won was actually hosted about 12 hours before announcing all the winners so you can't really say you expected everyone to be here. Other than that all the quizzes took about 3 hours, surely there would be people who couldn't stay till the end? As I said before, I don't really want the nitro I just want to make sure everyone among the staff has an idea that the next time they host this event, the main priority should be making sure most of them get to join the giveaways. The prizes are how the events are being advertised so it should be kept that way, don't you think?
A user won 3 events, so he couldn’t join the giveaway for all winners as he was considered the quiz champion. So if you subtract his wins, only 4 winners of the other events could join. So for the giveaway winners giveaway, only you didn’t join.
Yes I do understand the event you won was hosted 12h before the giveaway but the submissions ended 30minutes before we hosted the giveaway so we did really expect everyone to be here. The main purpose of the event was to get a lot of people together which was exceptional done since we had 150+ users who joined all these events

I really thank you for saying this here and we will surely note this down and take it into consideration in the near future, shrelly. Thanks for understanding

We will surely host such events if we get such an amazing outcome in the future!
It's alright ofcourse, I had a great time myself. Maybe just try sticking to the talent show giveaway methodology next time
sure , we will def take it into consideration
