**1.1: Does Ferg chat here?? 🥺**

Yes, Ferg does occasionally stop by in chat to say hi, but he is busy and can't be in chat all the time. You need to be lucky to find him there. As per the rules, please don't ping Ferg unless he's in chat.

**1.2: Can you tell Ferg ”_\_\_\_\_”?**

As staff members, our job is to moderate his server only. We are not in direct communication with Ferg and cannot convey your message to him. If you want to contact him, we suggest reaching out on Twitter or Instagram. Find links to his social media channels in #rules-and-stuff

**1.3: Can you add a channel for Ferg's gunsmith loadouts?**

There are already Nightbot commands for Ferg's CODM loadouts. You can type !commands to find the list of loadout commands (for example !ak47) and use them in #bot-commands or #codm-discussion to see Ferg's attachments. If you want to suggest a loadout for Ferg, you can post it in #codm-loadout-suggestions.

**1.4: Can you make a channel where I can look for teammates and people to play with?**

Get your CODM role and CODM - Global/Garena role from ⁠id:customize to get access to ⁠#codm-discussion while being able to find teammates in ⁠#codm-global-lfg or ⁠#codm-garena-lfg

**1.5: Can you help me with an issue in CODM or get CODM to unban me, etc?**

We are not in contact with CODM Developers and cannot help with game related issues. If you're having any game related issues please refer to the official CODM discord, subreddit for help or contact Activision Support. Staff on FergFam are unable to assist.

**1.6: When is Ferg going to record another video?**

Ferg does not have a set recording schedule and staff are not aware in advance what videos Ferg is planning to record. Do not ping Ferg or Staff to ask this. For Subscriber videos, he records at different times of day for each video so there is no way to predict, you just have to be lucky!

**2.1: Can you add a promotion channel/ where can I promote my YT or discord?**

Self-promoting is against the rules; therefore, we don't find it necessary to add a promotion channel.

**2.2: Can you make a spam channel?**

Spamming is against our rules and we are not planning to make a spam channel. You can talk in #general-chat if you want to rank up.

**2.3: Can you make a channel for ”_\_\_\_\_” or invite a bot(owo,nqn,etc.)?**

You're welcome to suggest additions for the server in #1070300411321397330! However, no channels/bots will be added if we don’t see the purpose or benefits of having them here.

**2.4: Are there any CP GiVeAwAys here?**

We have weekly Nitro giveaways and monthly giveaways with prize options including Nitro, PayPal or gift cards (can be used to buy CP),but no giveaway(s) is/are dedicated specifically to CP.

The level and message requirements for Nitro giveaways are subject to change based on the activity of the server.

**2.6: I got scammed in Dank Memer, can you help?**

This server is not specifically a Dank Memer server, though we do have some players who enjoy the game. If you’ve been scammed, unfortunately, we are unable to assist. Please trade at your own risk, and avoid trading here if you’re concerned about potential losses. **2.7: Why was my message deleted?**

If your message includes links, sexually explicit content, more than 4 emotes, etc. it will be automatically deleted by Dyno or staff as these things are not allowed on the server. If your message includes banned words, it will be blocked by auto mod feature.

**2.8: Why can I only post 4 emotes?**

Any more than 4 emotes is spam and we discourage spam.

**2.9: Why did I get muted???**

Check your DMs with Dyno for the length of the mute and the reason. If you got automatically muted by Dyno this can be for a number of reasons such as: Spamming, repeated use of banned words, repeated use of more than 4 emotes, etc.

**2.10: Can you drag me into _\_\_\_ vc which is full?**

No. You can ask them to move to the VC with a higher limit instead.

**2.11: Do you moderate DMs if someone is being toxic?**

No, we can only take action if a member of FergFam breaks Discord ToS (sends highly NSFW content, unsolicited links, promotes scams, etc).

**2.12: How can I get someone’s ID for a report in server-support?**

**2.13: How can I get help to unban my friend from the server?**

If your friend was banned permanently and it has been 3-6 months since their ban, and they want to appeal it, they can DM a Moderator!

**3.1: How can I level up and how do I check my level?**

Level up by talking in ⁠FergFam⁠ #general-chat but don't spam because you only get 15-25 XP per minute.
You can check your levels by typing !rank in #bot-commands

**3.2: Where can I post media?**

You can post media in #pics at <@&524259088952066048> and in #general-chat at <@&524259546605027329> (or boost the server,refer to 3.8 for more info). Posting media in any other channel must be relevant to that channel.

**3.3: When can I change my nickname?**

You can change your nickname once you have reached <@&524259358343823360>.If your name does not abide by our rules (not pingable,offensive, etc.) your nickname will be changed by staff accordingly.

**3.4: What are the Level roles and their respective perks?**

Every 5 levels you get a new role added with a new color. In addition to this, there are the following perks:

The <@&974190396307542076> role is a membership perk role for the iFerg-Live YouTube channel. To become a member go to the iFerg-Live YouTube channel and click the Join button next to Subscribe. Cost <@&974190396307542076> $0.99 [price may vary by country]. (Remember this role only applies to the live channel and not the Main channel - iFerg).

**3.6: Are there any discord perks within the YouTube membership role? If so, how do I access them?**

Having the <@&974190396307542076> role gives you access to the private #fergfam-elite-subs⁠ channel. To get the role, go to "Connections" page in your discord settings and add your YouTube account. You should automatically get the <@&635604972465029151> and <@&974190396307542076> roles within 24 hours.

**3.7: Can I get the Creator role?**

You need to have 10k+ subscribers to get the <@&524263400109244442> role. In case of YouTube, please post a screenshot of your sub count in #server-support⁠ and also connect your YouTube account to your discord to get the role.

**3.8: What are the perks of being a Nitro Booster?**

Boosting the server will automatically give you 2500 FFcoins and the <@&586609532785131552> role, which allows you to bypass all level role perks granted up to @Level 40+ irrespective of your current level, including changing nickname and posting pictures in both ⁠#pics and ⁠#general-chat.

**4.2: How do I apply to become a discord staff member? **

To apply to become a part of our beautiful staff team you must be Level 30 (check level by typing !rank in #bot-commands), be in the server for at least 3 months with little to no logs and be helpful, kind, welcoming, and active in chat. However, minimodding is actively discouraged in this server, if you do see someone breaking rules, you can report them in #1107988943183564850 . NOTE: If you become inactive after you have applied, your application will stand cancelled and you will have to re-apply. If you meet these requirements you are welcome to apply to @timber basin, one of our mods responsible for managing staff applications and patiently wait for a response. Please only chase up for a response if you haven't heard back about your application within 7 days.

Candidates for this role are selected based on their activity, helpfulness, and overall contribution to the community. Being a Staff Recruit does not guarantee a staff position, but it means you are being evaluated for potential promotion.
