i think this might be weakest Arc Aaron did cuz its mostly set up. But 12th issue is one of my favourite thor issues out there

Oh for sure, issue 12 was great

The next arc (final GOd of Thunder arc) seems to be more interesting though, 1.5 issues in I'm already enjoying it a lot more

yeah, its interesting arc with some good bits, i kinda like it mainly cuz of the characters it introduced

Guessing you're talking about Minotaur? He seems interesting so far. Didn't originally know he was introduced here, but I do already know him from Immortal Hulk

ye, mainly about him. once this run has you have few minis, depending on what order you read it in which are step up from this imo.

Since most of it seemed decent I was thinking of just reading the entire event

depends which order you read it in, the omnis completly skipped it with like 2 page summary and went straight to 8 issues "Thor" run, then annual, then Thors (battleworld mini) and the mighty Thor, but theres also unworthy Thor you can basically read at any time but it needs to be before mighty thor 20, the omni has it between mighty thor 19 and 20

Hmmm, yeah I'm mostly going release order I think. I found a reading order online I'm following, it listed Original Sin too (obv not the entire event, but yk if I'm reading parts of it anyways... )

i think its because Thors mom is elder god. her creator/parent is demiurge. And elder gods are kinda where gods come from. from what i remember Buri and Gaea are considered siblings. thats where you get this from
