The comic suit is easier on the eyes, simple, and shows off her muscular thighs more, which I feel compliments a Hulk. The MCU suit is too... modest is guess? Plus, I like that the comic version has green hair too.

Respectfully, I disagree. On a typical female character, I see this point. But we got a muscular Hulk character, which for Hulks this is already generous. Not saying having everything out and in the world, but showing the thighs can feel strong, powerful. Plus, contrasts cleanly from the formal law side.

As I've previously said, I do like the simpler design. I genuinely don't agree the live action looks better. And I get your point with it being inappropriate (mostly thanks to Disney), but it doesn't take away from what it is. So, not gonna have the belief that the MCU design "looks better" shoved down my throat. Once again, I respectfully disagree, and I've made quite a few statements on my thoughts.
