#Will Franklin and Valeria be present in The Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025)?

because i think so
I feel like they're an explicitly package deal
Idk
yeah i dont think they would do just one
Like Tony and Rhody. There's a reason Iron Man 1 had Rhody.
Or a more popular/better example: Steve Rogers and Bucky.
idk who these two are
Sue Storm and Reed Richards Kids
aw
Their son and daughter respectively
I agree 100% with this
Franklin i think is very likely but i just don't know about val.
If doom doesn't have a big role Val wont be in it
Franklin is a comedically powerful character in Marvel. He'd probably be the strongest in the verse without question in the MCU if they don't nerf him.
Valeria, meanwhile, is Reeds mental gymnastics coach
not 100% sure about valeria i don’t really know the character that well but i imagine franklin gonna play a big role
Not really Val is alot newer than franklin.
Val only became a thing due to the rise of doom as a villain again
are they twins or just siblings
I think we could see both but i think it very much depends on dooms role
Siblings
Technically the original verison of val is the daughter of doom and sue
Franklin to my limited knowledge is gonna be a weird one to do since all I ever hear about him is how much of a nightmare he is to write.
Doing someone as powerful as Franklin reminds me of how Star Wars fans were in a civil war over making Starkiller canon.
The idea of a teenage dark apprentice to Vader strong enough to rival Palpatine would be such an insane task that you either nerf him in which case he's not the same character or you don't have now have to justify why he doesn't just break everything.
I kinda feel like it's a bit too early to introduce them
That's kinda how I felt about them doing both Young Avengers and Champions at the same time but they seem to be going for it.
Especially weird since we only have like... 1-2/3 of the founding members of the latter, and the last one of the founding three is wrapped in a whole other bunch of legal tango.
We have two Champions so far and the rest are YA members
Of those introduced on screen only so far, Kate, Cassie, Billy, Tommy, and Eli are all Young Avengers, America is as well but she's from the second roster, the rest are all first roster. Kamala and Riri are both Champions.
i think NO as their presence in the movie will just change the whole plot and galactus will be easily destroyed.
and it will be too early to introduce them
maybe show them after secret wars or at the end of the movie while creating a new mcu
I’m not sure how many of you know who Mckenna Grace is but I think she’d be the perfect casting for Valeria whenever she’s introduced into the MCU!
I think the problem is her age
I can't imagine they wanna do the kids so old already
I sure hope so. I'd honestly prefer they skip to the kids being teens
It’s already confirmed
He’ll be a kid in First Steps, and a teenager from after that and onwards
What’s confirmed?
Franklin
Because.
Ugh
That’s at least what the rumors about Franklin being in the MCU say
Just no
I watch new rock stars so ye
Franklin is leaked and Valeria is important for the Doom buildup
I mean they better be
Probably as a toddler and baby respectively
And they get aged up for Secret Wars
its leaked that first steps points to franklins first steps
i believe that's only rumoured/speculated so far
there was a plot leak that makes complete sense from the info we have
i really hope they dont make an appearance
Why?
i think they should introduce them later on and focus on other things
Ok. I'd prefer they skip to when the kids are teens tbh
They’ll probably show up later but not yet
Why?
I don't like Reed & sue
Plus I always felt their kids should be around the same age as Kamala & co.
I think they need more younger heroes
And I think the F4 especially needs some younger ones
I said it before they shoulda doubled down on the Young Avengers sooner
imo Reed and Sue are a great couple, they've just gotten a bad deal in the past while
Namely, Fant4stic and Slott FF
North's run makes the whole family incredibly endearing
Hickman's too, but in a different manner
