She's a drummer and has all kinds of hectic life issues attacking her everyday aside from the villains and many different battles she has to overcome. They made a good run when she became Ghost spider but all the miniseries after that haven't really been that great. I hope the one that's currently going is not going to be a short mini-series either.

Gwen being in 616 is a massive fuck up, and her universe barely has anything original and interesting (Trump MODOK is what they resorted to) outside of Lizard Peter

Miles has only had a good story in comics recently, the majority of his comics range from horrible to meh

Eddie is the only one who has consistently been decent to great

Yes. Ducki has been completely correct in his assessment, Peter has sucked for a long while in the comics and has long outlived the original novelty of "relatable average problems having guy".

Out of any of the Spiders, I would first and foremost recommend the original Spider-Man 2099 run.

Unique but similarly themed power-set, completely original character with no effective ties to Peter, interesting new and reimagined villains, etc.

The 2099 run accomplishes everything the other Spider spin-offs SHOULD be.
