Since Deadpool and Wolverine came out and it was a hit. I think that Deadpool deserves another game.
There should be a remake, remastering, or sequel to the first game in 2013 or something completely different.

Here's a idea

Deadpool is paid by a billionaire who hires him to kill a Robotics CEO, He does so and after he's done he gets paid like 20 million or something. While being rich, he lays on the couch watching TV, to find out that the X-men has been captured by a evil corporation and all of the mutants are getting hunt down.

So Deadpool has to break in, kill the brains of the organization, team up with some mutants that aren't captured, and save the X-Men

There's some side missions too around the city

How would you deal with the fact Deadpool is immortal?

Wouldn't it become boring after a while?

Maybe if Deadpool takes too many powerful hits, especially to the head, he gets hallucinations that interfere with combat

Sifu handled immortality the best imo

While you don't die until you reach 70 dying has consequences that impact the rest of the run

After he takes enough damage he has to wait for a while to regenerate (explained by respawning)
