It would be weird having Avengers level threats without Deadpool involved, but I think that might actually be a good thing because I like the side projects of the MCU

Yeah bc Phase 3 was largely setting up for Infinity War and less on establishing new characters (ignoring Captain Marvel)

I think if deadpool was introduced for infinity war or endgame like captain marvel he would be there while the whole world is in guilt and it would make for some humour

Phase 1 for Deadpool wouldn’t work, he’s more of like a build up character like the Guardians of the Galaxy

As cool as Deadpool is, introducing him right after we get the hypothetical Avengers and X Men films is a little too early. I think waiting until the MCU has become a more household name around the time of phase 3, they can put him in.
