Not really. There is zero of the nuance that makes Deadpool such an amazing character in the comics

They play up Deadpool being LGBTQ for jokes and make him just go straight into a straight relationship

They don't even dive into any of the mental health problems Deadpool has, which are like, one of the main points of Deadpool

The whole starting point for Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe was the X-Men pushing him into a therapist to help him

Maybe you could blame the problems of the first movie on the writers, which I understand

But Ryan help to write to the second movie, and nothing changed

If anything it got worse

Deadpool 3 has the same writers as Deadpool 2, has Zeb Wells on the writing team, and the director is not good at all

He's had all his creativity sucked out of him over the years, Plus Disney is obviously going to force him to stick to their agenda like they do with every other director they hire
