Well Technically Thanos Cares a Lot about Gamora.

But the difference I think with Maya and Fisk is.. Fisk knowingly and Delebrately uses Maya's Emotions for his Advantage. While Thanos, however fucked up he be, would never do that.

I think Fisk sees her as more of a tool, but still wants her to be happy. He didn't outright try to kill her after she did to him. But he didn't bother learning ASL and isolated her from others so he doesn't really want what's best for her
