I think that Superhero Squad uses classic character designs and a lot of obscure characters but I didn't really like the writing

Don’t get me wrong, I think every show besides SHS is spectacular, and SHS is hard to watch nowadays, but it was everything as a kid

It got me into Marvel as a whole, showcasing all of their characters

If Spectacular Spider-Man was on this list, I would’ve chosen it without hesitation

I would say that a classic can also be something that you can rewatch again and again regardless of the year that it debuted. Bottomline, it is just a damn good cartoon. Sadly, that seems to be rare these days.
