No I've kinda noticed Marvel doesn't really follow the TV shows. The movies just do things inspired by them (i really hope it changes but so far I don't think it has).
Most accurate has been The Marvels with Ms. Marvel, although I don't think they ever mentioned her mutation again.
Most recently it's looking like there's a possibility the TVA isn't the one we know from Loki and just inspired by it. I hope that's not the case (bc it could still be Loki TVA) but so far I don't think they've ever accurately displayed tv lore simultaneously living with movie lore

My theory for Deadpool & Wolverine's plot is that a 'rogue' version of the TVA is assembling a bunch of superhuman individuals for an unknown mission, but deadpool doesn't do teams so he just escapes the TVA and prunes himself to end up in the wasteland at the end of time. Here, the tva agents come looking for him and he kills them all and he meets a variant of Wolverine. Wolverine tries to kill him but fails and deadpool learns that the entire "old" fox timeline was completely pruned after the events of DOFP (which explains the fox logo in the wastelands). He basically tries to find them a new home in a new universe with wolverine and ends up in the MCU
