Well they used the one where he’s in the universe where he is sorcerer supreme and captain Carter and The fantastic four exist, why didn’t they just use the original from the first doctor strange movie?

In my mind it's a more distinctively recognisable design

But it's certainly possible to compare to his first film design at a later date

I just like the design and how Baron Mordo has a more distinct role from the comics. I also think that the MCU version is a bit unremarkable and I hardly remember him from the movie

I feel like the Mordo in the comics looks so goofy. He gets the job done for looking like a villain, but the LA just has more subtlety to him, which I like more
