I don't usually talk but I'm a big symbiote fan. Personally I think Eddie's whole arc could have ended in king in black. Not saying the current run is bad or anything, but I think it was a pretty solid ending for Eddie

You overestimate comics execs. They would never just finish a popular character's story arc as long as they're still making money or if there are any movies of the character planned

Tbh you are right about this, there was a bunch of freedom in his Avengers and F4, dunno about his X books, but also it's cool they let him create completely new characters in their own series
