Bringing Coulson back would mean having to explain too much; I personally think that either Daisy or FitzSimmons are most probable. May would also be easy to introduce.

Yeah, I agree, as awesome as it would be to bring back coulson, to paraphrase mobius, the avengers formed solely to avenge him, so it would get rid of their motivation and kind of make all of their previous work seem negligible; and also they’d have to dedicated too much time to explaining how he came back.
