Kaine is definetly more interesting as a character, but he is traditionally more unstable than Ben. So in terms of being a better Spider-man my choice is Ben

As a character, Kaine is so far clear imo, he's just such an interesting character to read about. His whole "All the power, none of the responsibility" mantra is so sick and I wish Marvel gave him more solo outings and exposure. In terms of best Spider-Man, def Ben, he's had 2 outings as Spidey during the Clone Saga & the Beyond Corp arc

Kain is a cool character, I feel like he the the batman spider-man or the redhood spider-man. But like it was mentioned Ben has been spider-man twice already. whenever peter needs a replacement or stand in he doesn't go to kain, he goes to ben. Because even though Peter still has some issues with him, he knows that Ben is a good Spider-Man. Ben I feel is morally closer to Peter than Kain is and that's why I think he's the better clone.

Possibly, then again wouldn't that be Miles or would he be considered Robin? I think everyone can agree that Miles has more than proven worthy of the Spider-Man name. Peter even said one time that if anything happens to him he's glad there would be someone who could step up which means that Peter sees Miles as a worthy successor. At least that's what it looks like to me.
