#Which project had the best depiction of the Multiverse?

None of these, really. ATSV had the best depiction.
Probably yeah
Dsmom went against all rules previously set up so it just kinda ruined everything
Honestly what if
There’s 3 options
Spider-Man no way home kinda depicted it well too but it made sense after we watched across the spiderverse
Mhm
I remember people were confused about the morbius mid credit scene
But then after atsv it made sense
This was close
What if was simpler and more flexible, giving more availability to story potential
Only thing that didn’t make sense was the infinity stones working in other universes
But ultimately I chose Dr. Strange: MoM
Tbh tho the multiverse is stronger than 6 infinity stones
MoM depicted it fine but was different from atsv
Yeah-
That’s why I’d doesn’t make sense
Loki show did good by showing how they’re just trinkets when outside of their own universe
MoM had very little logic or story reliability with their writing
how does mom have 18 votes
MoM could have done it better
I sincerely do not know
It should have done better but with “executive meddling” we didn’t see story (plus cameos) that we expected.
Where's Across the Spider-Verse?
It also doesn’t stay in line with the continuity whatsoever
But the tva isn’t in a universe so it would not work if it was in the tva
Yeah- that’s the point
No my point is that the tva isn’t a universe so if it went into an actual universe it would work
Atsv
Probably the excuse they have to use since they did it in What If-
But the stones were used outside of the multiverse in what if as well so-
Also it’s a comics thing that they don’t work outside their personal universe so when Loki did it, ORIGINALLY I thought they were keeping in line with that
That makes sense now mb I don’t know much ab the comics
Nah it’s fair dw abt it
I feel like it shouldn’t really matter but there have been so many mishaps in continuity for the MCU, there’s not much else to point to for guidance
Should've included spider-verse. Even though it's made by Sony, it's still Marvel.
Technically no way home is also made by Sony
Right. That makes it even more a reason to include spider-verse.
Mhm
I'd say ATSV had the best depiction of the multiverse and made some things in NWH make more sense than before, but of these 3 I'd say What If
Obviously What if...?
What if was amazing
You know why
I didn't choose any, I cleared my vote
I think across is the best depiction but no way home is probably the best of the three
Because I think ot went beyond the confinements of a universe and showed us what Multiverse actually looks like
The entire premise of What If…? is based around the exploration of the multiverse and it was done very well with a pretty clear explanation. Great story, great villain, great arc.
That being said, I did also like the way the multiverse was addressed in Multiverse of Madness, but perhaps I’m biased because it was a Dr. Strange movie.
What if easily takes this 🥱
agreed
NWH > What If..? > MoM
But ultimately Spider-Verse takes the W if it were included here
Actually now that I think about it? Loki also did it better than NWH, What If..? and MoM. I don’t know why it wasn’t included in this poll?
But anyway NWH did it best from this poll because although we didn’t get to go to other universes the inclusions of Raimi Spidey, Goblin, Doc Ock and Andrew’s Spidey offered a lot for MCU’s Spidey’s journey. Much like how Peter B, and Gwen offer a lot for Miles’ journey in ITSV
Whereas What If..? and MoM just fumble the concepts and rules of the multiverse almost entirely
I can understand why people would prefer What If..?’s depiction of the multiverse from NWH’s but I genuinely feel like I need to talk to the 27% who voted Multiverse Of Madness and ask them WHY???
I don’t wanna be mean to the people who like it. Everyone can have their own opinions but seriously. They title the film the “Multiverse Of Madness” and all they’re able to offer us is THREE different versions of NYC, one of which is from the mainline 199999 616 MCU universe. Creativity is down the drain with this one.
i know it wasnt one of the answers but would Loki count as a depiction of the multiverse?
Yeah it totally would
Sadly Loki did it better than all of these and it’s not even listed here
Not gonna lie though multiverse of madness should’ve been rated R not pg-13 because off all the deaths
you really watch a movie just to see different new yorks? 3 aint enough new york for you???
it really showed what happened and what could happen with just a tiny bit of events
I choose...
The spider verse movies
Lol spider verse movies left the chat
Even Flash movie did better but audience hate towards the actor ... DC Studios burned
I wanna see more places in the INFINITE multiverse than just 3 NYCs
The Spider-Verse movies are goated
Eh? That movie was shit anyway
It was not for me atleast, it was still better than the rest of the DCEU movies except Aquaman
The Suicide Squad 2021, Wonder Woman 2017 and Shazam were all better than The Flash
Multiverse Of Madness
Oh
It’s the worst out of the three
What If..? is a pretty hit or miss show a lot of it is okay and a lot of it is god awful 1/10s
NWH is a much better movie
Spiderverse did it better lol
Which episodes do you think are bad
Yoo wassap guys whatcha talking about
Shazam was good but nah Wonder Woman oh yes right, lol the old suicide squad was more liked
Hmm
I can tell which are the best as I remember the numbers lol 1,4 8,9 ig
I liked all the depictions because they weren't trying to achieve the same thing. However What If? leaned the most into the project so I chose that
1, 2, 7, 8, 9,
I only thought episode 1 was lame
because it just retread Captain America: the First Avenger
I liked Zombies despite the misplaced humor at times beacuse it had a good team-up without lame or annoying members
Episodes 1, 2, 5, 8 and 9
So that’s Captain Carter, Star Lord, Zombies, Infinite Ultron and finale
Among these ones Captain Carter is the best one but like mikmanx said it’s just really lame.
