I have a Coupe comic books (physical), but they aren't being distributed in my country, so I switched to Marvel Unlimited.

i like buying physical copies from local comic stores cause it supports the store and its just more fun having the physical copy lol

I see you didn't mentioned marvel comics. I can't buy them lol so costly. Secondly, I read a lot of other comics in lockdown digitally so yeah digital.

I get them about equally between digital and physical (depends on what/which/who they are, really).
But absolutely prefer to read digitally these days (on ye old iPad and whatnot).

reading, physical, ESPECIALLY if theyre older comics (the modern recoloring is awful) but digitally is way easier and free

This^ I definitely prefer physical and being able to touch the lamented cover, but because of how many to get and the cost is pretty much like buying multiple gaming consoles, or PCs(desktop,labtop,tablet,mobile etc.) It is really expensive to get the volumes and mountains of comics, since there is like 40,000+ marvel comics, not even including DC side and image, dark horse, varient comics too. That's a lot of 💰

I would still recommend digital tho, just cause of the convenience behind it, especially with marvel unlimited app

Personally, I like reading comics digitally via pdfs, websites, etc. I just don't like spending money to get a first issue of Iron Man or The Avengers. That's not how I roll. I like having a more accessible means of reading comics. That's just how I am.

When you’ve already got ~50+ years of physical back issues lying around, the allure of physical copies of newer books dims heavily. 😛

But, I mean these days, really just can’t beat the accessibility of digital books…very few honest people will tell you they are carrying around any amount of comics to read at a whim on the bus, lunch break, waiting for the train, airport, etc etc etc.

For reading comics? Marvel unlimited is pretty good and really affordable. It’s mostly an app tho (I think you technically can use MU as a browser on your pc but I’ve heard it’s pretty bad, phone or tablet is great tho!)
