It's basiclly Ross as a stronger Hulk (and you guessed it, he's red) and he also has superhuman strength, durability, and endurance, comparable to that of the Hulk. He is capable of absorbing radiation, which his body can metabolize for increased strength. Unlike the Hulk, increased anger does not make him stronger but emit increasing heat.

Using radiation siphoned from the Hulk, Leader and M.O.D.O.K. transformed Ross into the Red Hulk. However, Ross didn't reveal his true identity until he came under attack by the Red She-Hulk for a second time. He offered no resistance to her violence, telling her he could never harm his daughter.

Filming is not close to 'wrapping up' a movie. Theres still alot of cgi to do and who knows what other problems they might have to fix. Plus Even tho they only need a little more they can't do anything for a while bc of the strikes

I don't have much knowledge about the Marvel comics, however what I do know is that Red Hulk's enemy is the Hulk, and it would be very weird if they just took Captain America instead.

Apparently the leader (a hulk villain, who was teased in the hulk) and she hulk (rumoured) are going to appear in this film. I think it’s just going to be a hulk movie with some Captain America elements
