Roster issue

Hello, I am the director for Keiser University Sarasota. We have 3/4 players registered. One cannot play that day and he didn't accept the invite. The issue is the confirmed player (that is actualy playing) is listed as a sub. Can you modify so Changa is part of our active roster instead of Zinvez?

Hi @tropic quest, taking a look at the team it seems that it was marked as incomplete because of one of the active roster members not accepting the invite before registration closing.

Unfortunately, the ranking/seeding process is already underway so we will not be able to make adjustments to the team or add them to the tournament

No disrespect, but there isnt a panel that sits down for hours to deliberate seeding. 3 of our players accepted invites and show as active on the website. This isn’t a matter of not registering on time, but an error in how the team was listed.
