For whatever reason one of our players didn't show up on the roster with a pending invite. How can we fix this?

Hi @plucky venture - You've sent two screenshots of two different types of teams.
The first screenshot, with four players, is your event-specific team. This team is specific to your registration for CRL, and is tied to no other events.
The second screenshot, with five players, is your global start.gg team. This team is not tied to a specific event, and is not related to CRL.
CRL restricts teams to a maximum of four players - three starters and one substitute. Teams cannot have more than four players. [Coaches and Managers should NOT be registered to a CRL roster on start.gg](#crl-faq message).

Thank you, but how do I switch out a player for Astonic?

You will need to make a player on the registered roster the captain, then leave the team. The captain will need to go to manage registration, and invite Astonic.
Astonic will need to accept the event team invitation, link their Epic account, and complete the eligibility questions!

By leave the team do you mean completely or just for the CRL event?

No - only the substitute.
Teams can only have 4 players. The 3 starters and 1 sub. Coaches should not be registered on start.gg with the team.
