Seeding was done in the same way it has for the past few years - by committee for the top spots, then by MMR after that.

honestly anytime they use mmr, it is half right half wrong usually. they get you around where u should be but not exactly

The top 64 teams in east, top 32 in west, are seeded by committee then the rest are MMR
