So with the opens, I know points accumulate over each tournament. We are needing a sub for Open #1 but for the remaining 3 Opens we will have our original roster. Will we lose our points from Open #1 or will we keep them as long as 2/3 of the roster stays the same?

as long as the whole roster is the same throughout all of them you'll be fine, so if you have the sub on the roster for all the opens you'll be okay

wzrd is wrong, there is no punishment for removing someone from the roster mid split. They cannot be added back once they have been removed tho

you keep your points unless you try to add him back to the roster after removing him
