a ton of college students have 0 reading comprehension its scary
my teammate read “there is no late entry” in the latest announcement as in we can sign up whenever ☠️😭

We need to bring back FaceIT... too many people don't know how to sign up using the current system. Bring back the old ways

ngl half of those could be a start.gg issue. I have walked through it with multiple players and it just kept recycling back to the tourney page

I've never had issues with it somehow but ik a lot of people do. Even walking through my team is fine
ive noticed its always newer accounts that do have issues
like i basically do it for them but its only the newer ones

at that point it's basically the old support channels. The idea behind testing the new forums this fall is that you don't have everyone having conversations on top of one another. Personally i haven't had trouble keeping up with the new thread notifications even if i'm not actively responding to each one. I'm kinda surprised some people really haven't figured it out, then again someone pinged admins for 3 messages back to back last night so maybe common sense is beyond hope.
and i don't think we've had anyone slip thru the cracks with the new system
that did happen when everyone was messaging in the same channel
I think it’s more so just annoying to see 99% of people making a new thread just because they are having signup issues. Just make 1 thread for it and have them all message in there

yea i mean i think it's gonna take some getting used to, to me it's cleaner organizationally and maybe we'll find improvements we can make
it is definitely something we're treating as an experiment, i won't hide that
