Zehnoh and Chilly both cant accept the invite to Lancer Gaming. It tells them to join the discord but they already did. they even refreshed, disconnected, etc. and it still didnt wokr

To make sure your account is linked you need to go to Manage Registration -> Update Registration (small blue text) and ensure both qualifiers have an account linked with them (and don't forget to hit submit).
