I should also note Tournament MMR is heavily inflated and it being dropped by a large amount is a good thing, so rankings are more representative of the skill level of the players there.

You don't have permissions for a reason, you can get permission by buying RLG Premium or a Nitro boost for the server - you can alternatively get level 30 talking in #general

Usual reset MMR + Extra added on top = a much lower rank.

This is more fair than having almost a rankset increase per player.
