Almost all my items can't be trade. Why ?

You can only trade Free items in your cross-platform linked inventory. purchased items can only be traded on their platform of purchase.

That is right. The items that you traded on your PlayStation, can no longer be traded on your pc, due to them being different prices. If you want to trade them, you may have to log back on to your PS4.
