Then log into the RL Garage account you linked your Epic to. Why do you guys create so many RL Garage accounts?

If you're seeing the error above you created another RL Garage account. Otherwise that error would never show up.

Considering you're not OP though, I don't know if you're seeing the same error.

i got new pc so i did new acc bc i didnt know what is the email and the password of rl garage

And in the old pc the acc is not logout
