Yeah! It's a bit hard to do honestly on handheld. With joycons, kickoffs can be rather inconsistent, but with some practice in training, you can make them a bit more consistent.

I mean, switch is the platform that I'm the most used to. Which is hard since you have to deal with some occasional input lag and lagging in general from my experience. But, I enjoy playing on switch, especially because some people won't believe that they're getting beat by a switch player xd

Will say though that if you play on switch, buy the pro controller. It makes things much easier overall, and is definitely better imo then playing on joycons.
But, if you don't have a pro controller available to you and are stuck on handheld (like me at that time), it isn't impossible to do some cool or just nice things on handheld. Definitely more difficult though, that's for sure.
